In 1988 Deemah Stone were entrusted with the stone works of Sydney’s original Chifley development, a landmark that would become an enduring symbol of the city’s architectural landscape.

Today, that legacy comes full circle as Deemah returns to the iconic precinct, contributing its expertise in natural stone to the next chapter, Chifley South.

The $1.8 billion development will introduce a striking 37-storey commercial and retail tower to Sydney's skyline, redefining the precinct with a new standard of contemporary architecture. Scheduled for completion in 2027, this landmark development represents a remarkable connection between past and present, this project represents more than four decades of craftsmanship, trusted relationships and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

From the original Chifley to Chifley South, a legacy built in stone continues.
