55 Pitt St Sydney - A New Chapter in Sydney's Skyline

Taking shape in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, 55 Pitt Street is a landmark $2 billion development set to redefine the commercial landscape surrounding Circular Quay.

Designed by internationally acclaimed SHoP Architects in collaboration with Woods Bagot, the 55-level tower will deliver approximately 63,000 square metres of premium commercial and retail space, complemented by landscaped public areas, vibrantlaneways and exceptional harbour views.

Drawing inspiration from Sydney’s natural and architectural heritage, the development embraces sandstone, timber and terracotta, creating a contemporary expression of the city’s rich history.

Currently underway, the project marks another significant development in Sydney’s evolving skyline, with Deemah Stone proud to contribute its expertise in natural stone to this ambitious architectural vision.
